What You Will See At This Years Show

Come by and visit the UCoat It booth this year at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.  We will be located at booth #21227 in the central hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center and will be featuring many floor coating systems for the automotive environment. 

Some of the floor coatings we will be featuring:

  • Our two coat polyaspartic floor coating system. This system is great against harsh chemicals and can be ready for action in as little as one day.
  • Our high build epoxy system UClad-LV, built for high traffic areas and chemical and abrasion resistance and can be ready for action in less than 24 hours.
  • Plus our traditional systems like Finitezza and UCoat with UFlek-AF. Great for commercial environments like repair bays, auto detailing and more.

Check Out UCoat It At The SEMA Show

Come by and visit the UCoat It booth this year at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.  We will be located at booth #21233 in the central hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center and will be featuring many floor coating systems for the automotive environment.  One new floor coating system is our UCoat with UGlaze-84.  A three coat system that features a water based epoxy primer and base along with a polyaspartic urethane that exhibits great chemical and abrasion resistance with a quick turnaround. 

Among other system at the show is our Finitezza floor coating system that features an average mil thickness of 18-20 mils, making it great for heavy vehicle traffic, creating a smooth finish and provides excellent abrasion resistance.  Also at the show will be a wide variety of samples to view from our commercial floor coatings, metallic floor coating systems and more.

Metallic Epoxy Floor Coating from Colin's Install

Area Size: 740 sq.ft.

This project was shared with us from Colin, a home remodeling company in California.  They just completed a 740 sq.ft. basement customer installation with our Metallon 500 metallic epoxy in Midnight Blue with silver and graphite metallic finish.  

Our Metallon 500 metallic floor coating system is a three coat installation creating a visually creative surface.  Metallon 500 has a high build finish while providing a chemical and abrasion surface.  This system is excellent for basements like shown, garages, commercial showrooms and more. 

The Metallon 500 metallic epoxy system consists of three layers: a primer to enhance the metallic look, followed by an intermediate coat of UClad clear with your choice of metallic additives, which is applied to create a marbled effect. The final coat is a top coat, which can be a water-based product for indoor use or a solvent-based product for commercial and automotive applications. UCoat It provides a variety of metallic color options to customize your floor. The typical thickness ranges from 10 to 16 mils, based on your liking.

Area Size: 2,900 sq.ft.

This project was shared with us, and we thought we would share it with you.  These photos are from a floor coating project by Joey M. from Florida of his newly constructed 2,900 square foot personal shop in our UClad-LV in medium gray project.

Our UClad-LV high build epoxy floor coating a two coat system which a high gloss finish, along with chemical resistance against oil, gas, hydraulic fluid, skydrol and many other harsh chemicals.  Besides chemical resistance, the UClad-LV system provides excellent abrasion resistance whether your space be a manufacturing, automotive service, airplane hangars or wherever a tough, durable surface is required.

The application of the UClad-LV system is just two coats, a primer and the UClad-LV high build epoxy topcoat.  Applying the UClad-LV system allows for quick turnaround with a full cure time of 12 hours permitting you to start using your surface.  UClad-LV is available in seven colors including two safety colors for use in manufacturing aisle ways and safe zones.  Typical film thickness is 12-16 mils allowing to form durable surface.

Royal Oak, MI:(8/21/17) UCoat It America LLC, a leader in the floor coating industry, has announced today the launch of a new product line; Metallon Metallic Floor Coating Systems. In the everchanging floor coating industry, metallic coatings have become much more popular in recent years and to help meet that increase in demand, UCoat It has designed their own do-it-yourself friendly option. “Our New Metallon floor coating systems are an exciting way to bring a pearlescent and iridescent effect into your space without compromising on strength and durability” said John Carafelly, Marketing Director at UCoat It.

 

The Metallon Floor Coatings are available in three different systems providing multiple different finish options and price points for every customer. A total of ten different metallic colors are available and with the high-build Metallon 500 system, you can blend any of those ten colors together to create a truly unique look.
