Duties and taxes are determined once the package(s) reach customs. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are due upon delivery.
Allow 3-7 days for delivery. This is the service preferred by most international customers. This service is primarily provided by UPS. Tracking will be provided once the order has shipped.
Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. This is a less expensive option that’s available for small packages. Package tracking, insurance, and claim filing are not possible with this service.
All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
