Sales Assistant

Location: Royal Oak, MI
The purpose of the Sales Assistant position at UCoat It will be to assist the Sales department by performing task essential to producing quality new sales leads to the sales team and providing extraordinary customer service to existing customers within your assigned market segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses through social media, web searches, email marketing.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospective clients within our CRM system.
  • Assist sales team members with mailings, customer requests and other duties to generate sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone, email and in-person.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Become knowledgeable on UCoat It products, applications and uses.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing or sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
