UGloss is a two component water based catalyzed aliphatic high performance urethane emulsion sealer suitable for interior and exterior areas. Being a water based product UGloss also has no objectionable solvent odors associated with urethane products, a very long pot life, excellent abrasion resistance and can be used as a standalone coating or topcoat.

Application Steps
UGloss should be used in its entirety. After the two parts are combined, mix well with a paint paddle until the material is thoroughly mixed and streak free. UGloss can be used as a single component (Part A) product, for best results we recommend Part B be added.
If you recoat or topcoat this UGloss, you must first be sure that the primer has tacked off before recoating. However, if you exceed full cure time previous coat should be deglossed to insure a trouble free bond prior to application of recoats or topcoating. For application of the UGloss use a lint free 3/8″ nap roller cover should be used (included in the UGloss Kit). Use a paint roller to spread UCoat in an even M&W pattern. Maintain temperatures within the recommended ranges during the application and curing process. Before recoating or topcoating, check the coating to insure no epoxy blushes were developed (a whitish, greasy film, or deglossing). If a blush is present, it must be removed prior to topcoating or recoating. A standard type detergent cleaner such as UDegrease or UClean can be used to remove any blush.
