Inside Sales Representative

Royal Oak, MI

Position Overview:

UCoat It is currently seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals to join our inside sales team.  This opportunity is great for someone looking to grow a career in sales with additional opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads
  • Take customer sales orders, provide timely quotations and accurate order processing for floor coating systems
  • Proactively follow up with customers seeking additional business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM system
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current customers over the phone and in-person

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years with sales experience (industry experience a plus).
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated to reach and exceed quotas
  • Proactive, go-getter attitude. Not afraid to take on new challenges and projects.
  • Active listener, a critical thinker and a problem solver.
  • Pays extreme attention to detail.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
