Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview:
UCoat It is currently seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals to join our inside sales team. This opportunity is great for someone looking to grow a career in sales with additional opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads
- Take customer sales orders, provide timely quotations and accurate order processing for floor coating systems
- Proactively follow up with customers seeking additional business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current customers over the phone and in-person
Qualifications:
- 1+ years with sales experience (industry experience a plus).
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated to reach and exceed quotas
- Proactive, go-getter attitude. Not afraid to take on new challenges and projects.
- Active listener, a critical thinker and a problem solver.
- Pays extreme attention to detail.
- Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
