Customer Service Representative

Location: Royal Oak, MI

UCoat It is looking for full time Customer Service Representatives for its residential sales department. This position would be responsible for carrying out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, consulting, processing orders, in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.

Position Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
Consult and Process orders.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about systems, products, pricing and availability.
Help customers navigate our website.
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
Work with customers to resolve product returns and shipping inquiries.

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum one year customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Ability to work within a group to achieve goals.
