UPrep-CLC is a specially formulated concentrate for cleaning and preparing cement surfaces. Dilute 7:1 with water, each quart bottle treats up to 150 sq.ft. of concrete. Dirt, chalk and other contaminants are emulsified while leaving the surface pH-neutral.

Industrial floor crack filling compound designed for use with the UCoat It floor coating system. Ideal for filling expansion joints, floor cracks, seams or other shallow repair less than 1/8" wide.

100% Epoxy floor patch and crack filler compound. 1:1 mix is applied with putty knife, spreader tool or trowel. May be applied in multiple layers to fill deep holes and spalled areas.

UCoat It's own degreasing agent removes oils and grease from concrete prior to applying UCoat It finishes. Apply, scrub, and repeat until water no longer beads on the surface of the concrete.

UDegrease is a powerful degreasing agent that is useful in preparing an entire area for a UCoat It floot coating system. UDegrease is also handy at removing waxy residues left behind after chemically stripping an old coating from the floor.
